Irrational Diversions

NEWSFLASH: My wife just gave birth to a baby boy, and I am spending a lot of time wit him. I have only been adding to the Séamus pages for a while (I think I'm up to 8 pages). I plan to resume Irrational Diversions proper sometime after the summer. Thank you for understanding, and I look forward to many more great stories in the future. Please send in a guest story if you have one!

Are you sitting in your cube prison like a naked caged monkey with only enough oxygen to breath. Watching the world go by, given stale peanuts as treats, in the form of paltry raises, corp-speak, and broken promises? Irrational Diversions had the answer - read our silly stories!

Irrational Diversions presents stories typically told over a few drinks, that have entertained literally tens of people worldwide.

Every Monday a new story will be published to help you survive the week. Read Irrational Diversions to get your mind off work, if you like a story send it to a friend! If you've got a story that you think would help other cube farm prisoners survive another week, please send it to Irrational Diversions at

Irrational Diversions was founded in 2007 as a way for friends to stop being so damn productive for a few short minutes and regain perspective. Everybody needs a break from being productive. Clear your head, here we present irrational stories as a diversion from the routine.
